2019 has been a very exciting year for events at North Shire. We have held a huge variety of events from our fairy festival in the summer to our Narnia Christmas Fair and everything else in between. We had our first Witches Brooma here on site and we hope that this is something we can build on each year. The witches who joined us were truly magical and we would love to see you all again next year!
We have also held some exciting events on behalf of the Tourism Industry including the Welcome to Yorkshire Networking Event, and have been lucky enough to be invited to some wonderful awards events such as the Living North Awards and have also sponsored an award as part of the White Rose Awards, supporting new and up and coming businesses. We have held some truly magical weddings this year, and in the summer received our venue wedding license meaning that our couples can now spend their whole day with us here at North Shire. We’ve had some lovely couples choose to hold their fairy tale day with us this year and have had a range of themes from the simplistic and traditional to a Harry Potter themed wedding! We can’t wait to welcome more couples to the Shire next year and to help them plan their special day.
