Cottage
The cottage is configured as three interlocking circular rooms, with squat, medieval-looking turrets and mismatched stained-glass windows as a nod to the gothic demeanor of many of your favorite wizarding tales. Its stooped doorway is lit by lanterns and the cottage is surrounded by fields that lead to views of the Yorkshire coast.
Please note: We do not allow dogs inside any of our accommodations or on our site.

Ground Keepers Cottage sleeps 6. The perfect size for 4 adults 2 kids.
KITCHEN
The kitchen includes a combi oven, kettle, toaster, fridge – with all utensils provided.
BATHROOM
Amazing copper bath, sink toilet and shower.
BEDROOM ONE
Bedroom One includes – 1 x double bed and a 2 child bunk
BEDROOM TWO
Bed Two is a pull out double sofa bed in living area.

Camp Rules
BBQ's
Bbqs are allowed but must be raised of the grass and completely put out downed with water after use.
Toilets & Showers
All shower/toilet and pot washing facilities must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Music
We do not allow radios or music playing onsite as this spoils other people’s stay
with us.
Noise Pollution
We ask for no noise after 10pm please.
Anybody making noise or shouting and being rowdy will be removed from site.
Children
Can you please make sure children are attended at all times on site.
Lost Belongings
Belongings left onsite are not the responsibility of the site owners we will not accept responsibility for any loss or theft of your belongings.
